Welcome to TISSLIT, the marketplace for authentic Moroccan craftsmanship. These terms govern your use of our platform.
1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms of service govern the use of the TISSLIT platform, a marketplace dedicated to authentic Moroccan craftsmanship. By accessing the Platform, you accept these terms without reservation.
2. Service description
TISSLIT is a marketplace connecting verified Moroccan artisans with buyers worldwide. TISSLIT acts as an intermediary and is not a party to transactions between Sellers and Buyers.
3. Registration and account
To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. TISSLIT reserves the right to suspend any account used fraudulently.
4. Sellers — Specific conditions
Sellers must submit a KYC (Know Your Customer) file. They commit to offering only authentic handcrafted products made in Morocco, describing their products accurately, and shipping orders within the announced timeframes. A 15% commission is charged on each sale.
5. Orders and payments
Prices are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), taxes included. Shipping is free from 500 MAD. If cancelled before shipment, the Buyer is fully refunded within 5 to 10 business days.
6. Delivery and returns
Delivery times vary by product and destination. The Buyer has 14 days from receipt to request a return for a non-conforming product. Personalized products are non-refundable except for proven defects.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform is protected by intellectual property rights. Sellers retain rights to their creations and grant TISSLIT a non-exclusive display license.
8. Personal data
The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. In accordance with law 09-08, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of unresolved dispute, the competent courts of Casablanca will have jurisdiction.
