How do I place an order?
Add the desired products to your cart, then follow the payment steps. You will receive an email confirmation after validation.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery takes 3 to 10 business days depending on your region and the artisan's preparation time. A tracking number is provided upon shipment.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept card payments (Stripe) and cash on delivery (COD) for all regions of Morocco.
How do I return a product?
You have 14 days after receipt to return a non-conforming product. Contact us via the contact form to initiate the return.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your payments are encrypted via Stripe. We never store your banking details. See our privacy policy for more details.
How do I contact a seller?
Go to the seller's shop page and use the "Contact" button. You can also write to us if you don't receive a reply.
