We collect: (a) Identification data: first name, last name, email, phone number. (b) Transaction data: delivery addresses, order history, payment information (processed by our PCI-DSS certified provider). (c) Browsing data: cookies, IP address, pages visited, site interactions. (d) For Sellers: identity documents, business documents as part of the KYC process.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is used to: manage your account and orders; process payments and deliveries; verify seller identity (KYC); improve our services and personalize your experience; send transactional communications and, with your consent, marketing communications; prevent fraud and secure the platform.
4. Legal basis
The processing of your data relies on: contract performance (orders, user account); your consent (marketing communications, non-essential cookies); our legitimate interest (fraud prevention, service improvement); our legal obligations (KYC, tax retention).
5. Data sharing
Your data may be shared with: Sellers (delivery data only); our payment and logistics providers; competent authorities where required by law. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
6. Data retention
Your data is retained for the duration of your relationship with TISSLIT, plus applicable legal periods (5 years for transaction data for tax purposes). You can request the deletion of your account at any time.
